Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass designated sales targets and objectives.

• Identify, assess, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals and organizations.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

• Deliver approved information regarding assigned products while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned products, including their features, benefits, and scientific data.

• Communicate the technical and clinical aspects of products to customers in an easily understandable way.

• Leverage CRM tools to document and monitor sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.

• Monitor progress towards targets and identify potential opportunities or challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the life sciences sector or a related field, demonstrating a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.

• Experience in rare diseases is preferred.

• Strong learning agility.

• A self-starter capable of working independently and remotely with success.

• Proven track record of sales success in a competitive environment.

• An engaging and influential communicator.

• Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to operate across multiple time zones as required.

• Must successfully complete all necessary Amplity and client training.
