This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and moderate live interactions across digital platforms during sporting events.

• Engage with audience comments in real-time while upholding the brand's tone and voice.

• Cultivate positive, inclusive, and engaging online communities.

• Recognize, escalate, and address inappropriate or policy-violating content.

• Tailor messaging style according to event context, audience sentiment, and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless live-event coverage.

• Ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency during periods of high-volume engagement.

• Interact with sports enthusiasts before, during, and after each event.

• Assist in a prominent live sports streaming initiative targeting Spanish-speaking audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish, with strong written and reading comprehension.

• Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

• Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or digital engagement.

• Ability to quickly adapt to various brand voices and communication styles.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments during live events.

• Experience with client-facing communication.

• A strong passion for sports.

• Knowledge of American football, soccer, and boxing is advantageous.

• Background in moderating live sports or entertainment events.

• Access to a dedicated laptop or desktop.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• A reliable internet connection.

• Willingness to install ModSquad security software.

• Availability during weekends and evenings.

• Must reside in one of the specified eligible locations, adhering to the stated exclusions for California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.
