Engagement Moderator – French/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Initiate orientation without delay

• Assist the client in providing an outstanding multi-platform experience for users

• Guide customers towards accurate solutions

• Address customer issues effectively

• Educate customers on maximizing the use of the client's products or services

• Keep informed about project modifications and updates

• Moderate Discord channels and social media platforms

• Operate independently with minimal oversight

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for at least 7 hours weekly

• Proficiency in both French and English

• Previous experience in moderating Discord or social media across various platforms

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Consistent reliability and a strong sense of accountability

• Commitment to the project for a minimum of 90 days

• Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)

• Processor: Intel Core i7-9700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

• Minimum 16 GB RAM

• Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 2070 (8 GB), AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (8 GB), or Intel Arc A580 (8 GB)

• DirectX Version 12 required

• Reliable broadband internet connection necessary

• At least 100 GB of free storage space needed before game installation

• Chromebook is not adequate for ModSquad projects
