Engagement Manager, Strategic Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Analysts, Associate Consultants, and Consultants on consulting engagements with healthcare provider clients.

• Manage the overall project landscape, balancing efforts and input from clients and team members to meet objectives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by leveraging healthcare knowledge and insights.

• Guide and mentor junior staff, enhancing their skills and expertise.

• Create sophisticated and compelling deliverables that inspire clients to take action.

• Contribute to the firm’s growth through involvement in internal initiatives.

• Engage in projects typically lasting between 3 to 6 months, focusing on strategic growth, M&A, partnerships, academic alignment, and value-based care.

• Travel to client locations 25% to 50% of the time on average.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives.

• A minimum of 2 years in a management role.

• Advanced degree is preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH).

• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong and effective leadership abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Tableau is advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
