This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of all ClassLink products.
• Offer strategic and technical advice regarding the utilization and growth of the ClassLink product suite.
• Foster relationships with existing customers in the designated area through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and promotional mailings.
• Enhance the adoption and usage rates of ClassLink.
• Execute account management responsibilities, including proactive outreach to customers, annual review meetings, preparing quotes, and sending renewal emails.
• Act as an educational and product authority to enhance customer comprehension of ClassLink.
• Facilitate virtual and conference demonstrations of ClassLink.
• Build strong relationships between ClassLink and key partner organizations.
• Ensure customer retention year-over-year and assist in negotiating renewal fees.
• Organize regional and virtual user group gatherings.
• Participate in conferences and events within the assigned territories.
• Keep internal records updated for each customer.
• Utilize available tools to assess customer health and take action when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and account vitality.
• Deliver experiences that promote customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ClassLink’s product offerings.
• Sustain or improve the renewal rate.
• Achieve an Annual Review completion rate of at least 80%.
• Travel up to 35% to support face-to-face engagements with school partners and user groups, which may include weekend conferences.
• Experience at an administrator level with ClassLink.
• Background in diverse rostering.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales and customer service expertise.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid supervisory and leadership qualities.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks and delegating appropriately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience presenting in virtual and online settings.
• Strong project management skills and adaptability.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Must reside in Ohio or Michigan.
• A minimum of 3 years in a senior consultative/account management position.
• Experience as a technology leader in a district office.
• Extensive understanding of the K-12 ed-tech market.
• A passion for enhancing classroom learning and pedagogy.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer success tools (ChurnZero, Gainsight, Vitally) is an advantage.
• Experience with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, and Zoom Meetings is preferred.
