Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of delivery for multifunctional medium- and large-scale AWS initiatives.

• Supervise project planning, ensure delivery assurance and verification, track and report progress, and develop risk and mitigation strategies.

• Guarantee that programs achieve financial advantages and transformative results.

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects.

• Formulate and implement multi-year roadmaps across an array of products, applications, and services in collaboration with engineering leads.

• Ensure high-quality execution while proactively addressing customer concerns.

• Coordinate, assess, monitor, and communicate the health of programs.

• Contribute to organization-wide strategies, team roadmaps, and service offerings.

• Promote continuous improvement across processes, services, and technology.

• Foster a collaborative environment while coaching and mentoring team members.

• Recruit, inspire, and develop talented staff dedicated to service delivery and client-contract performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• At least 8 years of experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives to global clients.

• Proven experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting.

• Experience in leading teams using agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises.

• Proficiency in business analysis and quantitative analysis techniques for informed decision-making.

• Capability to function independently in a dynamic and time-sensitive work environment.

• Familiarity with and eagerness to learn and implement emerging trends in business research, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.

• Exposure to AWS is advantageous.

• Experience in team management is essential.
