Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships within the healthcare sector

• Responsible for managing the designated territory and primarily accountable for the Kookeedo concept

• Serving meals to residents in healthcare settings under the Kookeedo concept

• Managing personal accounts and taking ownership of the locations

• Maintaining regular contact with healthcare institutions, team leaders, and management

• Early identification of opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement

• Guiding and coaching Okeedo'ers in their development

• Conducting evaluation and development discussions

• Contributing ideas for more efficient work processes and smart applications of AI, planning, communication, and account management

⛳️ Requirements

• Available to start immediately or at very short notice

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

• Residing in the Den Bosch / Eindhoven region

• 2–6 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in account management, secondment, recruitment, or HR

• Familiarity with client management and stakeholder management

• Preferred: experience within healthcare, facilities, hospitality, or service sectors

• Experience in coaching and mentoring employees

• Experience with digital tools, automation, or AI applications is a significant advantage

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage at various levels

• Energized by relationship management and results

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Structured and able to maintain oversight

• Commercial insight and ability to recognize opportunities

• Affinity for the healthcare sector

• Technically savvy and quick to understand new systems or tools

• Enjoys working efficiently and continuously improving
