Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the delivery strategy, responsibilities, and review timeline.

• Organize client interviews and evidence requests to avoid redundant efforts.

• Monitor delivery efforts, dependencies, risks, and established actions.

• Create succinct weekly progress reports and escalate decisions promptly.

• Ensure that reports and review materials are thorough and consistent.

• Manage client feedback, approved presentations, and the final handover process.

• Oversee the delivery of technology assessments in collaboration with the engagement partner and architects.

• Administer the work plan, client requests, budget tracking, and review procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing consulting engagements or conducting technology assessments with external clients.

• Ability to coordinate architects and specialists while maintaining control over scope and effort.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions with senior clients and addressing sensitive findings.

• Strong written communication skills in English and practical knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Experience in managing document reviews, understanding commercial constraints, and mitigating delivery risks.

• Background in financial services or professional services is advantageous.
