Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the delivery plan, responsibilities, and review timetable.

• Organize client interviews and evidence requests efficiently to avoid duplication of efforts.

• Monitor delivery efforts, dependencies, risks, and agreed-upon actions.

• Prepare succinct weekly progress reports and escalate decisions promptly.

• Ensure that reports and review documentation are thorough and coherent.

• Facilitate client feedback, agreed presentations, and the final handover process.

• Oversee the delivery of technology assessments alongside the engagement partner and architects.

• Manage the work plan, client requests, budget tracking, and review procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing consulting engagements or technology assessments with external clients.

• Capable of coordinating architects and specialists while maintaining control over scope and effort.

• Confident in managing discussions with senior clients and addressing sensitive findings.

• Excellent written English skills.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Experience in managing document reviews, commercial boundaries, and delivery risks.

• Background in financial services or professional services is advantageous.
