This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Implement a global delivery model while leading complex projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee project budget, timelines, scope, and quality objectives in alignment with established contracts.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

• Establish deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members involved in the project.

• Provide effective leadership to the project team.

• Monitor and evaluate project scope, schedule, and budget performance.

• Report on obstacles, risks, overruns, and deficiencies.

• Suggest and execute enhancements and risk mitigations.

• Escalate project issues to management and key internal stakeholders when necessary.

• Ensure the implementation of proactive communication strategies.

• Develop stakeholder relationships and manage project health metrics.

• Utilize disciplined process frameworks and adhere to data quality objectives.

• Keep project documentation organized for internal use and client reference.

• Conclude projects and transition deliverables and documentation to operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager capacity.

• Ideal candidates will have experience with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations.

• Proven experience in budget management and financial forecasting.

• Basic understanding of cloud software delivery and related integrations.

• Ability to thrive in large, diverse, and virtual matrix teams, particularly under pressure.

• Skill in resolving conflicts without escalation.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for creating, managing, and tracking project performance.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.

• Exceptional client-facing, internal communication, written, and verbal skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Possess analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services industries is advantageous.
