This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically plan, coordinate, and effectively implement Consulting Services projects.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients, advisors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, logistics, and deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Resource Allocation team and leaders in Consulting Services to manage project calendars.
• Identify, propose, and execute staffing and scheduling strategies.
• Ensure alignment of project timelines, resource availability, and team priorities.
• Create precise bids and proposals in collaboration with consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Supervise project milestones, logistics, and deliverables.
• Lead project kick-off and closure meetings.
• Prepare the team for on-site visits and research initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines and identify opportunities for cross-selling and cross-serving.
• Record billing for all billable activities.
• Suggest and onboard additional resources for scope expansions or service enhancements.
• Track the status of engagement agreements and billing limits.
• Monitor project budgets, hours, and expenses.
• Collaborate with billing teams and review billing packages to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Oversee outstanding invoice collections and guide consultants on outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors.
• Communicate departmental requirements and manage vendor service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with established vendor service levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation consulting, legal services, or a similar professional services setting.
• A foundational understanding of social science research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis, is preferred and considered advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in using departmental tools and platforms, including database and case tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Customer Voice, Power BI, and Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently, proactively, and with self-motivation.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
