This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise incident response initiatives conducted by CrowdStrike's partners.
• Assist in the formulation and monitoring of project tasks and client deliverables.
• Oversee the progress of delivery-team and client tasks to ensure workflow remains on schedule.
• Coordinate with customers and CrowdStrike partners regarding investigation scope, objectives, and required effort.
• Aid partners in communicating with executives regarding forensics and malware analysis.
• Educate partners on techniques to identify malicious actors within extensive datasets.
• Effectively coordinate under the guidance of external counsel.
• Mentor and coach partners on advanced host- and network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Evaluate and offer strategic, applicable, and feasible recommendations to enhance organizations’ security posture during and post-incidents.
• Review reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for stakeholders, including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel.
• Manage projects and synchronize team activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Plan and facilitate internal process-improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and refresh templates and internal documentation processes.
• Proven experience in team leadership within a matrixed consulting environment.
• Proficient in developing and nurturing relationships in a consulting setting, ideally involving incident response.
• Experienced in conducting or managing incident response investigations, including targeted threats like ransomware, eCrime, and Business Email Compromises (BECs).
• Skilled in project management from initiation through to delivery.
• Experience in managing external resources effectively.
• Background in implementing technology-related projects.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated self-learning abilities and initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team-management experience with cross-functional groups across global divisions.
• Proficient in documentation management and project management tools.

• Competent in reviewing technical investigation findings for precision, consistency, and completeness.
• Willingness to travel on short notice, up to 30% of the time.
