This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate Professional Services projects, encompassing both advisory and implementation phases, to ensure value realization.

• Direct project execution and governance to secure customer value and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to establish KPIs that measure return on investment, success, and effectiveness.

• Act as the customer advocate to influence strategy and promote the adoption of Salesforce technologies.

• Work alongside executive decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver business value.

• Facilitate coordination among internal Sales, Success, Executive Sponsors, and account teams as One Salesforce.

• Propel engagement and strategy utilizing Salesforce’s multi-cloud agentic platform.

• Foster innovation and enhance implementation efficiency through the use of AI during project execution.

• Develop strategic and delivery roadmaps that align with customer priorities.

• Suggest actions that enhance P&L impact and broaden customer business outcomes.

• Mentor and collaborate with customer executives.

• Leverage knowledge of Salesforce products, business processes, methodologies, and ecosystem.

• Cultivate and expand business relationships for account penetration and client partnerships.

• Anticipate, mitigate, and address Salesforce and customer-related risks.

• Lead the overall program and manage a team of project managers.

• Inspire, coach, and develop members of the Salesforce Professional Services team.

• Identify and manage interdependencies across various workstreams.

• Create internal processes, artifacts, and methodologies for effective customer service delivery.

• Oversee planning, workstream operations, deliverables, milestones, staffing, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management.

• Engage in data-driven discussions with customers regarding budgets, resources, and timelines, and communicate outcomes from meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in project management, leading multiple workstreams or managing large-scale enterprise programs.

• At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, either through usage or implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven success in leading large and complex programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Familiarity with system development, implementation, and operational readiness concepts, practices, procedures, and deliverables.

• Technical expertise to collaborate with technical teams on operational plans and technical challenges.

• Capacity to create governance structures and enforce accountability.

• Ability to establish trust and build strong relationships.

• Proficiency in leading teams through influence rather than positional authority.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform.

• Relevant industry experience in Health Life Sciences: Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences.

• Capability to establish credibility with senior-level customers.

• Experience in guiding clients, collaborating with other SIs, and managing internal teams from strategy through to execution.

• Background in leading large-scale or enterprise-wide engagements, facilitating meetings, crafting action plans, mentoring junior team members, and handling client escalations.

• Ability to conduct workshops and customize messaging accordingly.

• Program leadership experience encompassing responsibility for project teams, budgets, and schedules.

• Proficient in negotiation, conflict management, and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree; a relevant technical or business postgraduate degree is advantageous.

• Strong preference for candidates with CRM experience.

• PMP and SAFe Certifications are considered beneficial.

• Salesforce.com Certifications are preferred, though not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, subject to customer needs.
