Engagement Delivery Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee programs by aligning the scope, release planning, vision, business objectives, program framework, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Guide teams through the software engineering journey utilizing Agile methodologies alongside analytical and technical expertise.

• Facilitate meetings to make informed decisions, eliminate hurdles, and resolve program-related challenges.

• Propel the strategic vision forward while ensuring that business objectives are fulfilled.

• Foster partnerships with functional team members and executive leadership.

• Synchronize cross-functional efforts regarding release challenges, dependencies, team updates, production matters, metrics, and capacity.

• Provide ongoing updates on program status, challenges, risks, and metrics.

• Manage interdependencies across teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and eliminate delivery challenges.

• Conduct monthly program reviews and sprint-review updates.

• Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Advance the global Salesforce Product & Technology strategy while spearheading organizational change initiatives.

• Recruit, develop, mentor, and oversee program/project management teams.

• Define and direct program governance, allocate budgets and resources, and monitor project advancement.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, scope modifications, risks, delivery timelines, and outcomes.

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to governance and program protocols.

• Monitor project resource utilization, timesheet tracking, priorities, and financial allocations.

• Oversee implementation execution, planning, documentation, and progress updates.

• Lead comprehensive implementation planning, issue management, communication, and organizational change processes.

• Drive enhancements in business processes and convey outcomes related to budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Review team deliverables prior to client submission and identify, lead, and mitigate program risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in program management, including more than 5 years leading multiple work streams.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale CRM or comparable projects.

• At least 10 years of experience in management consulting or consulting services.

• Experience with parallel implementations.

• Demonstrated project leadership experience including responsibility for project teams, budgeting, and scheduling in alignment with customer or vendor contracts.

• Strong skills in conflict resolution, issue management, executive communication, and leadership.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills complemented by an executive presence.

• Capability to collaborate with remote teams during non-traditional business hours.

• Proficiency in leading enterprise-wide initiatives and facilitating meetings with client executives.

• Ability to mentor senior team members and manage project risks effectively.

• Skill in balancing business and technical requirements, identifying dependencies, and creating project plans and estimations.

• Capacity to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented setting.

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

• Agile SCRUM Master Certification.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Salesforce.com Certifications are preferred.

• Capability to manage enterprise-level programs involving teams of over 50 individuals, 3 or more delivery workstreams, and complex integrations.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, depending on customer needs.
