📋 Description

• Conduct health surveys to gather data on health status and well-being.

• Provide a general assessment of the client's health, taking into account their medical history.

• Collect health data in accordance with internal quality standards.

• Transcribe information in a clear, organized, complete, and comprehensible manner.

• Assist patients who lack knowledge about their medical history.

• Offer health education for the daily management of various pathologies.

• Encourage motivation to adopt healthy lifestyle habits.

• Proficiency in collecting health data in accordance with internal quality standards.

• Skill in transcribing information that is clear, organized, complete, and understandable.

• Capability to assist patients who are unaware of their medical history.
