📋 Description

• Conduct health surveys to gather data on the health status and well-being of respondents

• Assess the overall health of clients considering their medical history

• Collect health data in accordance with internal quality standards

• Transcribe information in a clear, organized, complete, and understandable manner

• Assist patients who are unaware of their medical history

• Provide health education for daily management of various conditions

• Encourage motivation to adopt healthy lifestyle habits
