📋 Description

• Conduct health surveys to gather data on the health status and well-being of respondents.

• Assess the overall health of clients considering their medical history.

• Collect health data in accordance with internal quality standards.

• Transcribe information in a clear, organized, complete, and comprehensible manner.

• Assist patients who lack knowledge about their medical history.

• Provide health education for the daily management of various conditions.

• Encourage motivation to adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
