This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with utility providers and suppliers to confirm contract details, rates, and other pertinent information.
• Deliver prompt, high-volume customer service related to contracts, billing, and utility inquiries via email, phone, and internal team requests.
• Develop and uphold internal and client-facing reporting tools while adhering to established procedures.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), from initiation to post-award follow-up, in support of the sales team.
• Review utility bills, supplier invoices, and contracts to extract essential data for procurement analysis, RFP preparation, and sales support.
• Analyze and extract information from large quantities of documentation, including extensive invoices.
• Facilitate and manage the complete contract assumption process, ensuring precision and timely execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to work independently as a proactive self-starter.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities with the skill to identify discrepancies, analyze complex information, and make informed decisions with minimal oversight.
• Capacity to handle a high-volume workload and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to modify priorities and respond to evolving business needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, the energy sector, the multifamily industry, or a comparable field is required.
• Over 2 years of non-ERCOT retail energy experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
