This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Assist in energy-efficiency initiatives that advocate for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy solutions for large industrial and commercial establishments.
β’ Facilitate customer efforts to achieve energy and carbon emission reduction targets.
β’ Discover energy-efficiency opportunities and compute potential energy savings.
β’ Evaluate energy-saving calculations to ensure accuracy of savings.
β’ Conduct presentations.
β’ Collaborate with program energy advisors, facility managers, manufacturing engineers, contractors, suppliers, and energy engineers.
β’ Execute field verification for pre- and post-installation energy-efficiency initiatives.
β’ Capability to cultivate relationships with customers and suppliers.
β’ Familiarity with energy-efficiency technologies and methodologies.
β’ Excellent productivity, accuracy, organization, and communication abilities.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Physical capability to conduct field verification for energy-efficiency measures before and after installation.
β’ Fundamental understanding of energy modeling, Technical Resource Manuals (TRM), building systems, industrial systems, construction methods, and/or the energy-efficiency sector.
β’ Prior experience in reviewing energy-efficiency projects and evaluating the precision of engineering energy-saving estimates.
β’ A four-year technical degree and 3 to 5+ years of pertinent experience in industrial manufacturing settings and energy management are preferred.
β’ A master's degree in a technical field is advantageous.
