Endoluminal Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the ION® Endoluminal Program Manager.

• Assist with the early adoption of the Ion® platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures.

• Provide procedural guidance to new users to ensure safety and facilitate progression through learning curves.

• Support in-services, training labs, initial case series, and the development of teams and programs.

• Become a recognized clinical expert in the field of pulmonary oncology.

• Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and physicians to integrate the Ion® system at both new and existing accounts.

• Develop and implement strategies that encourage ongoing system commitment and utilization.

• Facilitate the capture of user and procedural data for QTI and benchmarking purposes.

• Work in conjunction with local da Vinci sales teams while aligning internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and expense-report submissions.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or clinical roles is necessary.

• Proven ability to manage complex situations and adapt to a changing environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced workplace.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field based on business needs.

• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy field is an advantage.

• Fluency in English and the local language is required.
