This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate effective progress through learning curves.
• Assist with in-services, training labs, first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical authority in pulmonary oncology.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Representatives, senior hospital personnel, and key physicians to implement the Ion® system at new customer locations.
• Foster ongoing dedication to and usage of the Ion® system.
• Facilitate the capturing of user and procedural data for QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work alongside da Vinci local sales teams to align both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee administrative duties, manage SFDC, and handle expense reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, leadership experience, or clinical experience is necessary.
• Proven capability to manage complexity and function in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space is advantageous.
• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.
