This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Complete necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide education to patients regarding preventative care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise and current patient records and ensure timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically suitable.
• MD or DO degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid ABIM board certification in Endocrinology obtained through an ACGME-accredited program.
• Current IMLC license or actively pursuing one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one state in the U.S.
• Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Innate ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Genuine dedication to providing care based on current clinical research.
• Proficient in utilizing various platforms such as EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Experience in women’s health is a plus.
