This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform in-depth patient assessments and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Complete necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Keep accurate and current patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through a program accredited by ACGME.
• An active IMLC license or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• A valid, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Capability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to care grounded in contemporary clinical research.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Experience in women's health is a plus.
• At least 2 years of continuous practice experience with an MD/DO license treating patients.
