This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness using evidence-supported methods.
• Keep precise and current patient records and ensure timely charting.
• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations, medical advice, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Current ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
• Active IMLC license or currently pursuing one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, delivered with compassion and clarity.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling software.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent and continuous practice experience treating patients with an MD/DO license.
