This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to provide the highest quality of care.
• Complete all necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• MD or DO from a recognized institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology from an ACGME-accredited program.
• Active IMLC license or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Two years of current, consecutive practice experience with an MD/DO license treating patients.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Natural aptitude for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Genuine dedication to providing care based on current clinical research.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Experience in women's health is advantageous.
• Previous telehealth experience is a plus.
