This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards.
• Complete necessary training while adhering to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours each week, which includes consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically warranted.
• MD or DO degree from a recognized institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology obtained through an ACGME-accredited program.
• Active IMLC license or currently in the process of acquiring one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on compassion and clarity.
• Capacity to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practice.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Previous telehealth experience is an advantage.
• Experience in women’s health is an advantage.
