Endocrinologist – IMLC License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team to provide the highest quality of care.

• Complete necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep accurate and current patient records while ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative communications with clarity and attention.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week engaging with patients, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Background: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification: Must possess an active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology from an ACGME-accredited program.

• Experience: All qualified board-certified Endocrinologists are encouraged to apply.

• Women's health experience is a plus!

• IMLC License: Must have an active IMLC license or be in the process of obtaining one.

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Webside Manner: An innate ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care that is grounded in current clinical research.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Expertise: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: A valid, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
