This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the voice, tone, and visual presentation of customer-facing documents, such as proposals, contracts, project plans, attestations, and reports.
• Assess both templated and customized customer-facing materials to ensure alignment with what Workstreet sells, delivers, and communicates.
• Manage the creation of assets and conduct targeted email outreach for existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to ensure that external assets, website content, and internal communications adhere to Workstreet standards.
• Shape the design of role-specific training curricula for customer-facing teams while tracking completion, certifications, and operational efficiency.
• Convert internal policy updates into actionable workflows, templates, and training resources while monitoring compliance.
• Supervise revenue tools and utilize Agentic AI to automate asset formatting and uphold template governance.
• Review and enhance high-visibility internal communications, newsletters, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or similar go-to-market roles within a B2B SaaS context.
• Ability to independently manage the enablement function without direct supervisory duties.
• Keen attention to visual formatting, tone, and design details, with a talent for identifying and rectifying off-brand content.
• Proficient in collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and HR.
• Experience in executing targeted customer email campaigns.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and light demand generation skills.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, Juro, and Canva.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI workflows.
• Background in developing or scaling enablement processes in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B technology environment.
• Domain knowledge in content strategy, instructional design, marketing communications, or basic graphic design.
• Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup for confidential discussions, virtual interviews, and seamless collaboration.
• Commitment to working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET).
• Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team events, or business activities.
• Required to participate in live video interviews with the camera on and verify identity during the recruitment and onboarding process.
