This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Provide advice and support to clients regarding all matters related to employment law.
• Oversee and manage individual procedures, especially disciplinary actions and termination of employment.
• Draft and ensure compliance of company agreements with legal standards.
• Prepare necessary employment-related documentation.
• Organize and oversee elections for employee representatives.
• Conduct employment audits and oversee legal monitoring tasks.
• Assist payroll administrators with any legal inquiries they may face.
• Collaborate with various departments within the firm to deliver comprehensive, high-quality support to clients.
• A Master’s degree (equivalent to a French Master 2) in Employment Law is required.
• Demonstrated initial experience, preferably in an accounting firm, law firm, or a similar setting.
• Exceptional writing abilities and a strong sense of legal rigor.
• Strong orientation towards customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity coupled with analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, strong organizational capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in office software and legal research databases is essential.
