This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Generate innovative concepts that enhance Ford’s employer brand and facilitate the discovery of career opportunities.
• Create career site pages, recruitment landing pages, social media content, digital campaigns, printed materials, event experiences, and booth graphics.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to production, including wireframes, prototypes, finished assets, and implementation specifications.
• Enhance the Ford Careers experience, enabling job seekers to explore career paths, locate relevant roles, and proceed to application.
• Tailor Ford’s global employer value proposition for various audiences and regions while ensuring compliance with Ford's enterprise brand standards.
• Evaluate the performance of the career site and gather candidate feedback throughout the job seeker journey.
• Connect trends, narrate a coherent story with data, and suggest design or content modifications that can be tested and assessed.
• Balance competing priorities while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, propose solutions, and make creative decisions alongside teams across Ford’s regions.
• An Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Over 8 years of digital design experience across websites, social media, and digital campaigns, including print and event applications.
• More than 8 years of experience in employer branding.
• At least 5 years of experience with website metrics and analytics, including Google Analytics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or enhancing career sites.
• Strong capabilities in visual design, typography, responsive web design, information hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A portfolio showcasing personal contributions and designs that align with an employer brand or recruitment marketing objectives.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities, proposing ideas, and collaborating swiftly with partners across teams and regions.
• Fluency in English.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in the automotive, mobility, or a related global consumer brand (preferred).
• Experience managing external creative or media agencies and vendor relationships (preferred).
• Experience presenting creative strategies and performance outcomes to senior leadership or cross-functional stakeholders (preferred).
• Proficiency in an additional European language (preferred).
