Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Brand Designer.

• Implement brand designs across various channels, such as digital, print, social media, and video.

• Create layouts and visual solutions under the guidance of the Senior Brand Designer or Associate Creative Director, Art.

• Collaborate with copywriters to visually express brand narratives.

• Generate innovative design concepts inspired by feedback and current trends.

• Assist in establishing brand visual standards and ensuring a cohesive brand identity.

• Develop storyboards and provide visual direction for video editors.

• Aid art directors in preparing for photo and video shoots, including shot selection, backgrounds, and styling.

• Keep project files and asset versions organized.

• Prepare files for both print and digital production.

• Proactively oversee workload management.

• Contribute to the upkeep of the asset library.

• Stay updated on trends within the industry, communications, and the art world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline; OR proven skills and proficiency demonstrated in a portfolio.

• Over 3 years of design experience in an agency or in-house environment.

• A varied portfolio that showcases a strong aesthetic point of view, ideally including brand identity, video, print, digital, and social media work.

• In-depth knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with front-end web technologies are advantageous (HTML, CSS, working in the Salesforce email platform).

• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere and After Effects is a plus.

• Familiarity with presentation software like PowerPoint and Keynote is a plus.
