Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and design captivating visual assets within Greenlight’s brand and product ecosystem to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.

• Contribute to marketing and product launch campaigns, design website landing pages, create emails, develop social media content, produce in-app content, design company merchandise, prepare presentation decks, craft direct mailers, and more.

• Utilize motion graphics to captivate audiences and enhance storytelling.

• Ensure brand consistency and coherence by adhering to guidelines and discovering opportunities for innovative visual expression.

• Collaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and various cross-functional teams.

• Enhance and evolve Greenlight’s visual brand identity across marketing, advertising, and product interactions.

• Produce work that resonates with families, effectively communicates Greenlight’s product offerings, brings an element of surprise and delight, and sets Greenlight apart from competitors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of design experience either at a creative agency or within a design-oriented company.

• A vibrant portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills, including layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

• Strong visual and verbal communication abilities.

• A solid understanding of current design aesthetics and trends.

• Interest in emerging technologies.

• Advanced design proficiency in Figma.

• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to design for print and create press-ready mechanical files (preferred).

• Familiarity with AfterEffects is a considerable advantage.
