This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Lead and facilitate investigations into possible breaches of company policies or the Code of Conduct.
• Oversee investigations within the Employee Relations Center of Excellence, analyzing data, implementing remediation, and maintaining records in a case management system.
• Examine investigation patterns and offer insights to refine policies, enhance processes, and improve training initiatives.
• Provide guidance on intricate workplace practices, interpretation of policies, and compliance with employment laws.
• Offer counsel on performance management, conflict resolution, employee relations matters, ADA processes, and enforcement of policies.
• Lead and assist in employee relations projects that align with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Compliance, legal counsel, and business leaders.
• Address sensitive internal and external issues with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Report directly to the Director of Employee Relations.
• Extensive experience in Employee Relations, particularly in managing complex workplace complaints and resolving conflicts.
• Global experience in ER investigations, with knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across local, state, and federal levels in the Americas.
• Proven success in conducting both high-level and high-volume investigations within a Center of Excellence environment.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, respond with urgency, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing trends and proactively proposing solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service capabilities, with a consultative approach.
• Focused on process enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• A minimum of 7 years in Human Resources, including 4 years in Employee Relations and at least 3 years conducting workplace investigations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, sensitive employee relations matters and mentoring associates and managers.
• Expertise in providing consultative advice on high-risk employee relations topics, performance management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Experience utilizing investigation or ER/HR case management systems, generating reports, and analyzing data.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
