📋 Description

• Act as a member of the ER Investigations Community of Expertise, proactively addressing assigned issues in accordance with government, regulatory, and internal Company standards.

• Manage multiple employee-relations cases independently in a dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Build collaborative relationships with the Business Ombuds, People Leaders, HR Partners, L&E Counsel, and Compliance Leaders throughout the investigation process.

• Assess concerns, formulate corrective action plans, and offer guidance to People Leaders and HR Partners.

• Execute complex and confidential tasks using sound evaluative judgment.

• Analyze evidence and pose relevant questions to resolve issues and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.

• Convey complex information and produce clear, succinct closure reports documenting case resolutions.

• Serve as a resource for colleagues, clarifying difficult or sensitive information, building consensus, and influencing stakeholders.

• Contribute to global Labor & Employee Relations CoE initiatives to enhance productive employee relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, complemented by relevant experience in HR, Legal, or Compliance.

• Background in HR/Legal/Compliance with roles supporting manufacturing and business operations.

• Proven written and verbal proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Preference for candidates who are multi-lingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French).

• Advanced degree in Business, HR Management, or Economics (e.g., MBA), Compliance, or Legal is preferred.

• A Lean mindset with a readiness to adopt Lean principles to consistently enhance operations.

• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities; capable of conceptualizing, analyzing, structuring, and delivering effective conclusions to diverse audiences.

• Capacity to swiftly process intricate information, recognize interdependencies, and make tough decisions.

• Experience supporting businesses within the energy sector is preferred.
