📋 Description

• Act as a key member of the Employee Relations Investigations Community of Expertise, addressing assigned employee issues proactively.

• Ensure adherence to governmental and regulatory standards as well as internal Company governance.

• Operate independently within a dynamic environment while overseeing multiple ongoing investigations.

• Build collaborative relationships with the Business Ombuds, People Leaders, HR Partners, Labor & Employment Counsel, and Compliance Leaders throughout the investigation process.

• Assess issues, formulate corrective action plans, and provide guidance to People Leaders and HR Partners.

• Manage complex and confidential tasks with sound judgment.

• Analyze evidence and pose relevant questions to resolve issues effectively.

• Convey intricate messages and prepare clear, concise closure reports for every case.

• Serve as a resource for colleagues, clarifying sensitive information and fostering consensus.

• Contribute to Labor & Employee Relations Center of Excellence initiatives on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, coupled with relevant experience in HR, Legal, or Compliance.

• Background in HR/Legal/Compliance roles supporting manufacturing and business operations.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Preference for candidates who are multi-lingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French).

• Advanced degree in Business, HR Management, Economics (e.g., MBA), Compliance, or Legal is preferred.

• Demonstrates a Lean mindset and actively embraces Lean principles to enhance operations continually.

• Exceptional writing and presentation abilities; skilled at conceptualizing, analyzing, structuring, and delivering effective conclusions to diverse audiences.

• Strategic thinker who can swiftly process complex information, recognize interdependencies, and make difficult decisions.

• Experience in supporting businesses within the energy sector is preferred.
