This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
β’ Oversee and resolve the complete process of employee exits across various international jurisdictions.
β’ Provide guidance to clients regarding termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy procedures.
β’ Facilitate consultations on workforce reductions, administrative hearings, separation and settlement negotiations, as well as termination-outcome meetings.
β’ Strive for favorable outcomes in complex terminations while balancing the interests of competing stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, government agencies, trade unions, and internal teams to ensure compliant offboarding and audits.
β’ Draft, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documents while safeguarding confidential employee information.
β’ Execute offboarding tasks within Remoteβs internal HRIS platform in cooperation with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
β’ Act as the subject-matter expert for both internal and external offboarding inquiries.
β’ Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform initial assessments of workplace issues and relevant local regulations.
β’ Coordinate the management of employee relations matters and support progressive disciplinary documentation.
β’ Keep track of employee relations cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
β’ Contribute to improvements in processes, automation, product development, and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer and employee experiences.
β’ Demonstrated experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, encompassing generalist HR competencies and exposure throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Proven track record in managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and adherence to legal standards.
β’ Experience in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
β’ Strong ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze intricate HR challenges, conduct research, offer practical solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively.
β’ Fundamental understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline strategies, and the basics of workplace investigations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
β’ Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
β’ Ability to innovate processes, optimize workflows, automate tasks, and apply best practices.
β’ Awareness of operational efficiency, meticulous record-keeping, and data integrity.
β’ Tech-savvy with the capability to collaborate asynchronously using evolving systems.
β’ Capacity to work independently and effectively in an international, fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment.
β’ Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours as required.
β’ Proactive, self-motivated, and possessing a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
β’ Strong capabilities in automation, AI fluency, and utilization of AI tools.
β’ Previous experience with employment verification checks.
