πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries through the ticketing system, particularly concerning onboarding and HR support throughout EMEA.

β€’ Redirect medium- and high-complexity issues to the relevant internal teams, such as Employee Experience, Payroll, and Legal.

β€’ Foster strong, professional communication with employees.

β€’ Facilitate onboarding workflows for new hires across EMEA, ensuring compliance and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

β€’ Provide assistance with mobility-related coordination, including relocations, document management, and employment documentation.

β€’ Ensure onboarding documentation and processes meet EMEA-specific requirements.

β€’ Oversee open tickets, guaranteeing timely responses and proper prioritization.

β€’ Maintain updated records across Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS platforms.

β€’ Aid in organizing internal documentation and training resources under the guidance of the Employee Experience Manager.

β€’ Support operational tasks and process execution to promote seamless daily workflows.

β€’ Identify trends in employee inquiries and contribute suggestions for enhancing processes and documentation.

β€’ Assist the Employee Experience team with projects and initiatives as necessary.

β€’ Work collaboratively with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.

β€’ Cultivate working relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

β€’ Receive ongoing mentorship and training to expand responsibilities and expertise.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 4 years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations, preferably with exposure to EMEA markets.

β€’ Strong understanding of employment operations and onboarding processes in European countries, Africa, and GCC/Middle East.

β€’ Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment documentation in international settings.

β€’ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; meticulous attention to detail is essential.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

β€’ Proficient in using HRIS and collaboration tools, such as ticketing systems, Monday.com, and Dropbox.

β€’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fully remote team environment.

β€’ A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in people operations and global HR.
