
EMEA Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the precise and timely execution of the complete payroll cycle across various countries in the EMEA region, including Ireland and the UK, both internally and through In-Country Payroll Partners.
• Promptly address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Tax, and Treasury.
• Execute month-end journals and reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and local regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Provide additional support for US Payroll as needed.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other assigned responsibilities.
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, specifically in Ireland and the UK, as well as experience with other EMEA payrolls.
• Proficiency in Workday and Brightpay is essential.
• Capability to manage multiple payrolls and meet deadlines while ensuring high accuracy.
• A recognized payroll qualification (IPASS, CIPP, or equivalent) is preferable.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented technology companies.
