Email & SMS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the weekly and monthly calendar for Email & SMS.

• Design and enhance lifecycle flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and various retention flows.

• Create campaign concepts, messaging strategies, and audience segmentation.

• Convert strategy into comprehensive briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.

• Collaborate with the designer to implement campaigns according to the provided brief.

• Oversee campaigns from initial concept to final launch.

• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance for emails and SMS, ensuring accuracy in copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and overall customer experience.

• Monitor campaigns post-launch and identify any issues that arise.

• Manage weekly reporting for Email & SMS initiatives.

• Track key performance indicators, communicate insights on performance and trends, and offer actionable recommendations.

• Maintain a roadmap for testing aimed at enhancing Email & SMS revenue and customer retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of direct experience with Email & SMS, preferably in a DTC/e-commerce environment.

• Solid experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong instincts for copywriting and messaging.

• Proficient in using Notion and Figma for creating campaign proposals, briefs, flow diagrams, and presentations.

• A strong quality assurance mindset.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
