Email Production Specialist – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and execution of e-solicitation programs for MSB stations.

• Assist in the onboarding process of new MSB cooperative stations using the email platform.

• Coordinate deadlines for copy and artwork from the Creative Team with the email solicitation schedule.

• Ensure all necessary assets for email solicitation are provided punctually.

• Manage the organization of marketing assets within designated file directories and platforms.

• Track and analyze email delivery success metrics.

• Address and relay issues impacting email solicitation delivery.

• Review and secure approval for emails from MSB stations.

• Configure suitable email audiences for each e-solicitation in the Iterable platform.

• Oversee the scheduling of email sends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail, grammar, and clarity.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including email, web, and CRM.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.

• Willingness to learn new software platforms and adapt quickly to training.

• Team collaboration skills with the ability to work efficiently across various teams and departments.

• Experience with Iterable or similar email platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with public media marketing is preferred.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience with file-sharing directory platforms is preferred.
