Email Marketing Specialist/Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the existing domain and sending infrastructure, along with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.

• Create and oversee a domain/email warming strategy.

• Design campaign and automation workflows that align with CRM lead stages.

• Implement AI-driven segmentation, messaging, and personalization techniques.

• Track deliverability rates, engagement metrics, and spam signals.

• Continuously enhance the performance of email marketing initiatives.

• Manage the entire execution process independently as a fixed-scope engagement.

• Collaborate with IT through regular touchpoints and management updates as necessary.

• Prepare and submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) detailing the proposed strategy, timeline, hours, and budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing email deliverability and domain reputation.

• Practical knowledge of campaign and automation platforms, along with CRM integration.

• Familiarity with AI tools for email strategy or content development.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant work that aligns with this role.

• Commitment to providing an RFQ that includes the proposed approach, execution strategy, scope, timeline, hours, costs, any additional or recurring expenses, necessary resources, and potential risks and limitations.

• Agreement to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Project Agreement prior to receiving complete project details and credentials.

• Consent to undergo a background check.

• Experience in warming up cold domains from scratch is a plus.

• Background knowledge in marketing automation platforms beyond just email is advantageous.
