Email Marketing Specialist – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize and oversee the execution of email campaigns, which encompass newsletters, GTM initiatives, and lifecycle/triggered automation.

• Supervise production timelines and implement thorough quality assurance to ensure timely delivery, adherence to deliverability best practices, and compliance with legal standards.

• Manage audience segmentation and automated workflows effectively.

• Create a testing roadmap aimed at optimizing subject lines, calls to action (CTAs), and overall layout designs.

• Track performance metrics and offer actionable insights and recommendations to enhance open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce assets that align with brand standards.

• Organize tasks utilizing project management tools such as Wrike and Asana.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the BioTech or Healthcare sector is highly desirable.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing.

• Practical knowledge of enterprise ESPs such as Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, or HubSpot.

• Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for email creation.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.

• Strong understanding of deliverability, audience segmentation, and dynamic content.

• Skill in translating performance data into effective marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and AI tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective virtual collaboration across departments.

• A strong emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and a solutions-focused approach.
