Email Marketing Manager – Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee all project activities

• Provide briefings to the design team

• Ensure timely dispatch of all emails

• Craft compelling sales copy

• Develop campaigns, flows, and pop-ups using Klaviyo

• Manage communications via WhatsApp and print mailings

• Leverage modern AI systems for operational tasks

• Assist online retailers in reducing reliance on paid advertisements and achieving sustainable, profitable growth through data-driven email marketing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of substantial experience with Klaviyo

• Proven ability to independently create campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo

• Experience in copywriting with a talent for producing high-converting content

• A structured and analytical approach to tasks

• Capacity to remain organized while juggling multiple projects

• Proficiency in German, both written and verbal

• Ideally, a background in e-commerce or agency work

• Commitment to taking full ownership of results
