📋 Description

• Strategize and execute significant campaign initiatives, encompassing product launches, announcements, and time-sensitive pushes.

• Develop multi-email sequences that build momentum and convert signups into actual sales.

• Establish and fine-tune automated workflows, including welcome messages, post-purchase follow-ups, and winback campaigns.

• Maintain organized and segmented lists to ensure the appropriate message reaches the right audience.

• Craft and design responsive emails that are optimized for conversion across various devices.

• Leverage AI for generating subject lines, variations, personalization, and optimal timing.

• Evaluate performance, analyze results, and enhance open rates, click rates, and conversion rates.

• Manage email marketing for Jello's client brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience running profit-generating emails, particularly high-stakes campaigns with strict deadlines.

• You understand how to build momentum through a sequence and create urgency that compels action.

• You are proficient with a robust Email Service Provider (ESP) - Klaviyo preferred, or ActiveCampaign and similar platforms - for both major campaign sends and automated workflows.

• You have in-depth knowledge of responsive email design.

• You integrate AI tools into your workflow, beyond mere curiosity.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Italian is a valuable asset.
