Email Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance email marketing programs for a variety of ecommerce clients utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo.

• Create high-impact email designs with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• Formulate and implement campaign and flow strategies that are directly linked to revenue results, rather than just open rates.

• Manage the entire client onboarding process, from system migration and list configuration to the initial email send.

• Supervise the execution of campaigns across copywriting, design, segmentation, and scheduling, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand standards.

• Synchronize email messaging with paid media creatives to provide a cohesive customer experience.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, leveraging insights for ongoing improvements.

• Remain updated on the latest email marketing trends, platform advancements, and deliverability best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency or ecommerce setting.

• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and troubleshooting deliverability issues. Familiarity with other platforms is advantageous.

• Have a keen design sense and practical experience in crafting emails and pop-ups that enhance engagement and click-through rates.

• Capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

• Recognize that onboarding is crucial for long-term success and approach it with diligence.

• Communicate effectively and assertively in subject lines, briefs, and client communications.

• Be data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance and take informed actions.
