Email Marketing / CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with online e-commerce platforms in sectors including cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team.

• Foster robust client relationships through consistent check-in calls and close teamwork.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various projects.

• Create email marketing strategies and establish best practices.

• Work alongside an operations team focused on copywriting, graphic design, and technical execution.

• Implement innovative testing for clients.

• Drive clients’ growth and profitability metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.

• Prior experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools.

• Friendly, people-oriented demeanor and a positive outlook.

• Ability to analyze data and formulate creative marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in German.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
