Email Marketing Campaign Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Implement outbound email marketing campaigns to support telesales and lead generation activities.

• Utilize Klaviyo for sending, designing emails, and monitoring email marketing performance.

• Keep lists organized, manage segmentation, and adhere to campaign schedules.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as leads generated, email open/click rates, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness.

• Compile weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance.

• Assist in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing results.

• Aid in scheduling and publishing content on social media platforms.

• Support tracking and reporting of engagement metrics, including followers, reach, and overall engagement.

• Contribute to social campaigns linked to broader marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing managers to address content requirements.

• Operate within established marketing workflows, tickets, and campaign briefs.

• Assist in the documentation and organization of campaigns.

• Work closely with marketing managers, creative services, and sales teams.

• Ensure timely launch of campaigns and accurate measurement of results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.

• Proficiency in working with data, spreadsheets, and reports.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and adhere to deadlines.

• A 4-year college degree is mandatory.

• This role is suitable for remote work.

• Experience in supporting sales or telesales teams is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and KPIs is essential.

• Experience with social media scheduling tools is beneficial.
