Email Marketing Manager – B2B Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee outbound and email campaigns for clients from the backend.

• Design campaigns tailored to buyer personas, positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs).

• Convert these components into clear and engaging messaging strategies.

• Compose outbound copy, emails, follow-ups, and sequences.

• Enhance campaigns to improve open rates, responses, and conversions.

• Assume full accountability for campaign setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate closely with account managers to refine offers, messaging, and overall campaign strategy.

• Operate without direct client interaction, concentrating on copy, structure, testing, and scalability.

• Some experience in outbound or email marketing, or familiarity with relevant tools.

• Proficient copywriting abilities.

• Knowledge of creating attention-grabbing email copy and generating replies.

• Strong intuition for developing compelling offers.

• Understanding of how messaging and offers collaborate to boost conversions.

• An analytical and data-oriented work approach.

• Experience in KPI-focused campaign optimization.

• Openness to experimenting with new tools.

• Ability to navigate complex setups comfortably.

• Independent and organized work style.

• Willingness to take ownership of results.

• Skills and proficiency with tools, along with demonstrable performance in outbound marketing.
