This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies that promote lead nurturing, audience education, brand visibility, campaign interaction, and conversion objectives.
• Create bilingual campaigns in English and Spanish, including newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional emails, and follow-ups tailored for various audience segments.
• Design email journeys for leads sourced from paid media, organic social channels, YouTube, website forms, community initiatives, events, content projects, and other marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with SEO and various marketing channels to enhance audience inquiries, search behaviors, AI visibility prospects, and content themes within email communications.
• Work alongside YouTube, organic social, web, creative, content, and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging and educational content across all channels.
• Transform web articles, legal resources, video topics, social content, reputation themes, and campaign assets into concise, actionable email communications.
• Oversee audience segmentation, list targeting, preference management, campaign scheduling, quality assurance, deployment, and post-send analysis.
• Track metrics such as open rates, click rates, conversion activity, unsubscribe rates, list growth, engagement trends, and the effectiveness of nurture flows.
• Strategize and conduct tests on subject lines, preview text, content organization, calls to action, sending times, creative formats, language, and audience segments.
• Analyze performance data to derive insights and suggest modifications to enhance engagement, nurture efficiency, and campaign results.
• Maintain thorough records of campaigns, calendars, asset inventories, workflow updates, segmentation notes, reporting materials, and testing documentation.
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the CRM database, including tagging, list management, audience source tracking, and lifecycle reporting.
• Confirm that campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal considerations, accessibility standards, deliverability protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to a holistic digital ecosystem that integrates email with SEO, GEO, YouTube, organic social, reputation management, web content, and brand development.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, campaign management, marketing automation, or a similar digital marketing position.
• Proven ability to build, launch, test, and optimize email campaigns, nurture flows, newsletters, and segmented audience journeys effectively.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar solutions.
• Strong grasp of email best practices, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, compliance, quality assurance, testing, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Capability to analyze campaign metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance performance and audience engagement.
• Experience in creating content calendars and coordinating campaigns across various digital channels, including web, social media, video, paid media, and content marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar workflow applications.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while ensuring a high level of detail and quality control.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, with the capability to engage in culturally relevant communication for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Experience with lead generation, multicultural marketing, legal services, healthcare, financial services, or consumer education brands is advantageous.
