This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Take charge of the daily email marketing calendar while executing promotional, product, educational, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with the Creative team on messaging, copy, and design.
• Oversee campaign segmentation, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Organize email communications related to promotions, product launches, and vital ecommerce initiatives.
• Manage, develop, and continually optimize automated email flows using Klaviyo.
• Handle welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, replenishment, winback, and reactivation email journeys.
• Identify gaps in the customer lifecycle and create new automated journeys to enhance repeat purchases and lifetime value.
• Manage subscriber lifecycle communications, including onboarding, education, upcoming orders, retention, and churn prevention.
• Construct customer segments based on purchase behavior, engagement, subscription status, product preferences, and lifecycle stage.
• Design and implement A/B testing across subject lines, creative elements, offers, messaging, cadence, and audiences.
• Monitor email performance, analyze outcomes, and provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Retention.
• Take ownership of and optimize website popups, banners, overlays, and other onsite conversion tools.
• Develop and refine email and SMS acquisition programs across websites, paid media, promotions, partnerships, and other customer touchpoints.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in email, lifecycle, retention, or ecommerce marketing.
• Proficient experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is essential.
• Experience in building and optimizing automated email flows is required.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and email deliverability is necessary.
• Previous experience with subscription-based ecommerce businesses is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Recharge, Skio, Rebuy, or similar ecommerce tools is an advantage.
• Experience in CPG, wellness, food & beverage, supplements, or hemp/cannabis industries is a plus.
• Travel requirement is less than 10%.
